About the Journal
Review of Management Studies (RMS) is an international, double-blind peer-reviewed academic journal published by SPIDER Publishing, dedicated to advancing scholarly research in the broad field of management and business studies. The journal serves as a platform for high-quality theoretical, empirical, and review-based contributions that address contemporary organisational, managerial, and economic challenges. RMS aims to bridge the gap between academic research and practical application by encouraging interdisciplinary studies and innovative approaches in management sciences. It welcomes contributions from academics, researchers, policymakers, and practitioners worldwide, fostering a global dialogue on emerging trends, strategies, and solutions in management. The journal emphasises rigorous peer-review standards to ensure originality, methodological soundness, and meaningful contribution to the existing body of knowledge. Similar management journals highlight the importance of publishing both theoretical and empirical work to advance understanding and practice in management disciplines.
Review of Management Studies publishes articles on an annual basis, specifically in December, each year, one issue. But the articles come to online immediately upon acceptance and have a DOI for fully citable.
No fees/APC will be charged for articles, and no surcharges will apply for the length of an article, for illustrations and figures (including color figures), and for supplementary data unless noted otherwise.
