Peer Review Process

  • Step 1: Submission
    • Authors submit the manuscript through the journal submission system or email (as applicable).
  • Step 2: Initial Editorial Screening
    • The editorial office checks:
      • Scope relevance
      • Formatting requirements
      • Ethical compliance
      • Plagiarism screening (maximum 20% similarity)
  • Step 3: Desk Review Decision
    • The Editor-in-Chief may:
      • Reject the manuscript, or
      • Send it for peer review
  • Step 4: Assignment to Reviewers
    • Manuscripts passing desk review are assigned to at least two independent reviewers with subject expertise.
  • Step 5: Double-Blind Review
    • Authors and reviewers remain anonymous
    • Reviewers evaluate:
      • Originality
      • Methodology
      • Contribution
      • Clarity and structure
  • Step 6: Reviewer Recommendations
    • Reviewers provide one of the following decisions:
      • Accept
      • Minor revision
      • Major revision
      • Reject
  • Step 7: Editorial Decision
    • The Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision based on reviewer reports
    • In case of conflicting reviews, a third reviewer may be consulted
  • Step 8: Revision by Authors
    • Authors revise the manuscript and submit:
      • Revised manuscript
      • Response to reviewers’ comments
  • Step 9: Final Acceptance
    • After satisfactory revision, the manuscript is accepted for publication
  • Step 10: Publication
    • Accepted articles are formatted, assigned DOI, and published online
