The Journal of Policy Affairs (JPA) seeks a distinguished scholar to serve as Editor-in-Chief for an initial one-year term. As a newly established, fully open-access journal, JPA is dedicated to publishing rigorous research in public policy, governance, and institutional studies.

This is a voluntary, non-remuneration position.

Responsibilities

The Editor-in-Chief will:

  • Provide academic leadership and strategic direction

  • Oversee peer review and editorial decisions

  • Appoint and coordinate the editorial team

  • Ensure ethical and scholarly standards

  • Promote the journal internationally
