This page provides general guidance for authors wishing to publish with Spider Publisher. Journal-specific scope, formatting templates, and special instructions are available on the respective journal webpages.

Spider Publisher welcomes high-quality, original, and ethically conducted research that contributes meaningfully to scholarly advancement across disciplines.

Submission Policy

Manuscripts submitted to Spider Publisher must contain original work that has not been previously published and is not under consideration elsewhere. Submission of a manuscript implies that:

  • The work is original and free from plagiarism.

  • All authors have approved the submission.

  • The manuscript is not being reviewed by another journal.

  • Any prior dissemination (e.g., preprint) is transparently disclosed.

Violation of these principles may result in immediate rejection and potential notification to relevant institutions.

All submissions must be written in clear academic English and include:

  • A structured abstract (100–300 words)

  • Keywords

  • Proper references following journal guidelines

Spider Publisher journals typically accept:

  • Original Research Articles

  • Review Articles

  • Short Communications

  • Policy Analyses (where applicable)

  • Case Studies (where applicable)

Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s official online submission system via the respective journal website.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

Spider Publisher follows a Gold Open Access publishing model.

  • No fees/APC will be charged for articles, and no surcharges will apply for the length of an article, for illustrations and figures (including color figures), and for supplementary data unless noted otherwise.  

There are no submission fees.

General Peer-Review Process

All manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure fairness, quality, and academic integrity.

Step 1: Initial Editorial Screening (Within 7–10 Days)

  • Scope and relevance check

  • Formatting and structural compliance

  • Plagiarism screening

  • Ethical compliance review

Manuscripts failing to meet basic requirements may be desk rejected.

Step 2: Full Peer Review (Approximately 3–5 Weeks)

  • At least two independent expert reviewers are invited.

  • Reviewers evaluate originality, methodological rigor, theoretical contribution, clarity, and relevance.

  • The handling editor assesses reviewer comments and prepares a decision.

Possible Editorial Decisions:

  • Accept

  • Minor Revision

  • Major Revision

  • Reject

Revised manuscripts may be returned to reviewers for further evaluation if necessary.

Step 3: Production and Publication

Once accepted:

  • Authors submit the final formatted manuscript.

  • Copyediting and typesetting are completed.

  • Authors receive proofs (PDF) for final approval.

  • The article is published online with a DOI.

Spider Publisher aims to ensure an efficient and transparent review process while maintaining high scholarly standards.

Authors’ Rights

Authors retain full copyright of their work.

Upon acceptance, authors grant Spider Publisher a non-exclusive publishing license to produce and distribute the final formatted version of the article.

All articles are published under a Creative Commons license (typically CC BY), allowing:

  • Sharing and redistribution

  • Adaptation with proper attribution

  • Use in repositories and personal websites

Authors are encouraged to deposit the final published version in institutional repositories, research networks, and personal webpages, provided proper citation and DOI linkage are included.

Publication Ethics

Spider Publisher is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics.

We maintain zero tolerance for:

  • Plagiarism

  • Data fabrication or falsification

  • Duplicate submission or redundant publication

  • Improper authorship attribution

  • Undisclosed conflicts of interest

All submissions are screened for similarity using plagiarism detection software.

Authors must disclose any conflict of interest that could influence the research. Funding sources must be clearly acknowledged.

Editors follow internationally recognized ethical guidelines when addressing suspected misconduct. Investigations may involve authors, reviewers, and institutions where appropriate.

Retraction and Corrections Policy

Spider Publisher recognizes the importance of preserving the integrity of the scholarly record. Published articles remain part of the permanent academic archive. However, in cases of significant error or misconduct, corrective action may be necessary.

Possible actions include:

  • Expression of Concern

  • Correction (Erratum or Corrigendum)

  • Retraction

  • Removal (in exceptional legal or ethical cases)

The purpose of these actions is to maintain the accuracy and transparency of the academic record, not to punish authors.

Minor errors that do not affect scientific conclusions may be corrected through formal notices while maintaining the original record.

If a correction or retraction is initiated by authors due to honest error, Spider Publisher will cooperate fully in resolving the matter.

Conflict of Interest

Authors must disclose any financial, institutional, or personal relationships that could influence their research. A clear statement should be included in the manuscript.

If no conflicts exist, authors should include the statement:
“The authors declare no conflict of interest.”

Data Availability and Transparency

Authors are encouraged to:

  • Provide data availability statements

  • Share datasets in recognized repositories where possible

  • Clearly describe methods to ensure reproducibility

Transparency strengthens scientific credibility and impact.

Complaints and Appeals

Authors may appeal editorial decisions by submitting a reasoned written request to the journal’s editorial office. Appeals must include detailed justification and supporting evidence.

Complaints regarding editorial conduct or ethical concerns will be handled confidentially and investigated thoroughly.
