Plagiarism Policy

• RSCM is committed to maintaining academic integrity and follows COPE-aligned publishing ethics.
• Plagiarism includes copying text, ideas, figures, tables, or data without proper citation, paraphrasing without acknowledgment, self-plagiarism, and duplicate publication.
• All submitted manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software before peer review, and additional checks may be conducted at any stage of the publication process.
• The maximum acceptable similarity level is up to 20%. This excludes references, bibliography, properly quoted text, and standard academic phrases.
• Manuscripts exceeding the acceptable similarity limit may be returned for revision or rejected depending on the severity of the issue.
• In cases of minor similarity, authors are asked to revise and properly cite sources. For moderate or severe plagiarism, manuscripts may be rejected, and future submissions may be restricted where necessary.
• Self-plagiarism, including redundant or duplicate publication without disclosure, is strictly prohibited, except limited reuse of methodology or background with proper citation.
• Authors are fully responsible for ensuring originality, proper citation, co-author approval, and disclosure of any overlapping content.
• The editorial team ensures fair screening, confidentiality, and ethical handling of all cases in accordance with international publishing standards.
