This editorial introduces Health Research Review (HRR) as a scholarly platform committed to advancing high-quality research across clinical, public, and global health domains. It highlights the critical need to bridge the gap between evidence generation and real-world application, particularly in low- and middle-income contexts where systemic constraints often limit the implementation of evidence-based interventions.
