Journal of Business Governance (JBG) is pleased to invite applications and nominations for the position of Editor-in-Chief. Published by SPIDER Publishing, JBG is dedicated to advancing high-quality research in corporate governance, business ethics, regulatory frameworks, accountability, strategic leadership, and sustainable organizational practices.
The journal seeks a visionary and experienced academic leader to provide strategic direction, strengthen scholarly rigor, and enhance its international academic standing. The Editor-in-Chief will play a central role in shaping editorial policy, ensuring a robust and fair peer review process, expanding global engagement, and positioning the journal as a credible platform for governance and ethics research.
This position is voluntary and non-remunerated, with an initial three-year term, renewable based on performance and mutual agreement.
Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Editor-in-Chief will:

Provide academic and strategic leadership

Oversee the peer review and editorial decision-making process

Appoint and coordinate Associate Editors and Editorial Board members

Ensure high scholarly and ethical standards aligned with international best practices

Promote the journal within global governance, management, and policy research communities

Support indexing, abstracting, and visibility initiatives

Applicants should:

Hold a doctoral degree in Business, Management, Law, Public Policy, or a closely related field
