Article Publishing Option:

Journal of Business Governance operates as a fully open access journal, ensuring that all published articles are freely and permanently accessible to readers worldwide. This open access model maximizes visibility, accessibility, and scholarly impact, enabling research to reach academics, practitioners, policymakers, and corporate governance communities globally without subscription barriers.

To maintain high editorial and publishing standards, the journal will apply an Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 1,200 per accepted article starting January 2028. During the initial development phase, all accepted articles submitted on or before 31 December 2027 will receive a full APC waiver, allowing authors to publish free of charge.

Publishing Timeline:

  • Submission to first decision: 7 days

  • Submission to decision after peer review: 60 days

  • Submission to acceptance: 180 days

  • Acceptance to online publication: 7 days
